On November 26th, 2019, HR One and SmartMobility will organize their first joint summit, "Human Capital Europe", which will tackle the topics of human resources and mobility, with the presence of several local and international experts, as well as innovative startups. Digital transformation and technologies will notably be discussed.
The day will start with a "convergence session", with the participation of Simon Bernard (CEO & Cofounder at Plastic Odyssey Expedition) who will tell the audience about his Plastic Odyssey Expedition project and the use of technology to turn pollution into new solutions.
In the afternoon, experts will have the opportunity to attend two conferences: the HR Summit will notably welcome Daniel Morais (VP of Sales at Golden Bees) with a focus on programmatic ads, but also David Bernard (CEO & Data Shaman at AssessFirst) who will discuss AI in the recruitment process. Later in the afternoon, Laurent Chapelle (CEO, RH Expert) will share his knowledge about HR Digital Transformation. In parallel, the Mobility Summit will bring together several experts: Jerome Stefanello (Mobility Services Director at Flowbird) will give a keynote speech on innovation and technology, Tamy Ribeiro (Chief Mobility Evangelist & Head of Partnerships at Wunder Mobility) will focus on the impact of tech mobility on car ownership, while Carlo Iacovini (Marketing Director at Local Motors) will discuss innovations in the mobility industry.
