Dimension Data has been named Luxembourg Top Employer for the fourth year in a row. The award certifies the best practises of Human Resources at Dimension Data Luxembourg.

Cyril de Bazelaire, HR Director, says: “This is huge recognition for us. We strive to attract the best and most innovative talents to our team and to create an environment in which they can thrive, develop their skills and realise their potential. Earning this certification is great, maintaining it for a fourth consecutive year is even greater recognition of our efforts and confirmation that we are on the right path.

With that in mind, we’ve recently fully refreshed and reorganised our office, enabling more synergies between our people. We’ve also kept taking numerous HR initiatives such as social events, wellbeing classes etc. Our European HackFest was also a good opportunity to bring our creative minds together so that they could collaborate on innovative projects across Europe.

Thanks to an ever  more innovative policy to identify talents and recognize them for their true value, everyone could recognize his colleagues for their successes and achievements and let it know to the 28,000 Dimension Data employees.

In Luxembourg, we have great people: two employees recently received two of the highest awards granted by Group for their exceptional technical expertise and role as leaders in our organisation. We’ve also seen a significant number of employees returning to Dimension Data in the past months, which is as well, a fantastic recognition for us”.

The certification is an annual programme, awarding Top Employer status to companies with international best people policies and practices. Employee offerings are assessed in 10 areas including talent strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership and development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, culture.

The other Top Employers in Luxembourg are Accenture, Goodyear, ING, BNP Paribas and Orange.

The assessment is conducted by the Top Employer Institute, an independent global certification company.
